The community clubhouse at 2351 NW 41st Avenue hosts board meetings and association business, and houses the office. Clubhouse rentals are currently unavailable.

Swimming pool

The community pool sits beside the clubhouse — a shaded, central gathering spot for residents year-round in the South Florida sun.

Shuffleboard courts

Classic Florida shuffleboard courts at the clubhouse — open to residents and a longtime community tradition.

A non-rental community

Cypress Tree is a non-rental community — our buildings are homes, not investments held at a distance. Occupancy applications are reviewed under the association's published standards, and the community Rules and Regulations are published in the library (currently under attorney review).
