When does the board meet?
The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at the clubhouse. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend. See the calendar.
Can I rent out my unit?
No — Cypress Tree is a non-rental community. All occupancy goes through the association's Application for Occupancy and published review standards.
Can I rent the clubhouse for an event?
Clubhouse rentals are currently unavailable. Watch the announcements on the homepage for any changes.
How do I report a leak or maintenance issue?
Call the office at 754.205.2164 during office hours or email cypresstreeassociation@gmail.com. The association's Leak Protocol and Entry Rights Protocol are published in the library. Online request tracking arrives with the Phase 2 portal.
Where do I find the declarations and bylaws?
Every building's Declaration of Condominium, all recorded amendments, and the bylaws amendments are in the Documents & Forms library.
What should I do to prepare for hurricane season?
Review NOAA's hurricane preparedness guide, make sure the office has your current phone and email, and watch the alert banner on this site during storm events.
